Types of Ocean Transport We Offer

Full Container Load (FCL)

Your shipment fills an entire shipping container. No sharing with other cargo. Faster transit times and reduced handling. Ideal for large shipments, high-volume orders, and businesses shipping regularly.

Less Than Container Load (LCL)

Your shipment shares container space with cargo from other businesses. More affordable for smaller shipments. Perfect for businesses shipping less than a full container.

Specialized Containers

For unique cargo that requires special handling. Options include refrigerated containers (reefers), open-top containers, flat racks, and hazardous materials containers.

Container Sizes

20-Foot Standard Container

Ideal for smaller loads or heavy, dense cargo. Holds approximately 10-12 pallets. Maximum weight capacity of 28,000 kilograms.

40-Foot Standard Container

Most popular size for ocean freight. Holds approximately 20-24 pallets. Perfect for retail inventory, manufacturing supplies, and general cargo.

40-Foot High Cube Container

Same footprint as standard 40-foot with extra height. Ideal for lightweight, bulky cargo that needs more vertical space.

45-Foot Container

Largest standard container size. Maximum capacity for high-volume shipments.

Reefer (Temperature-Controlled) Container

Refrigerated containers for perishable goods. Temperature monitoring throughout the journey. Ideal for food, pharmaceuticals, flowers, and other sensitive items.

Open-Top Container

For cargo that is too tall for standard containers. Loaded from above using cranes. Perfect for machinery, lumber, and oversized items.

Flat Rack Container

For cargo that is too wide or heavy for standard containers. Ideal for vehicles, industrial equipment, and construction materials.

FCL vs LCL – Which One Is Right for You?

Full Container Load (FCL):

Best for shipments that can fill 15 pallets or more. Faster transit times because your container moves directly onto the vessel. Less handling means lower risk of damage. More cost-effective per unit for large shipments.

Less Than Container Load (LCL):

Best for shipments of 1 to 14 pallets. More affordable for smaller volumes. Your cargo is consolidated with other shipments at the origin port and deconsolidated at the destination port. Slightly longer transit times due to consolidation and deconsolidation.
